Day 6: Productivity Apps

Here are some productivity apps that work for me and might work for you too!

I like Todoist a lot! It’s a simplistic bullet-journal style listing system that allows you to just compile to do lists and/or organize them by project and priority.

Habitica allows you to gamify your to do lists like an RPG and form teams or parties to go on productivity quests. You earn money to buy equipment on completing tasks and quests. Habitica is better than Todoist at helping you establish and track your habits, for what it’s worth.

I like Trello a lot as well as a digital kanban system, where I can visualize my workflow from “To Do/Backburner” to “Doing” to “Done.” You can also do a hard-copy version of this with a corkboard and notecards, or a whiteboard, or sticky notes.

Write or Die 2 has a simple interface to encourage you to turn off the inner editor and just write!
